Terms and Conditions :

1) The Copyright of all articles and opinions posted on this Blog shall vest with the Government Law College Debating Society(The Society).

2) The right of republication of the said copyrighted works vests both with the Author and "The Society"
Provided that any of these parties may grant consent for republication without consultation of the other party.

3) Proceeds or profits from any such republication or any other

venture shall accrue exclusively to the Copyright holder (The Society)

4) If the said intellectual property is subject to prior copright the preceeding clauses 1 to 3 will cease to be applicable. In such a scenario, seperate terms with regard clauses 1 to 3 are to be conluded between the copyright holder and "the Society".

5) The opinions on the Blog are the opinions of the authors alone and cannot be considered as reflective of the views of "the Society".

6) The authors undertake not to use profanity or publish defamatory remarks and acknowledge that responsibility and liability for the same shall not accrue to "the Society" but to the author concerned.
Explanation: For the purposes of this section "author" will include those posting remarks and articles and the laws governing this clause shall be the Information Technology Act as applicable
to India. Basically the clause is void when we edit or have control of the material so screw it.

7) These terms and conditions 2 to 6 are applicable to Jeet Shroff and people like him (JSPLH) as defined by the Debating Society Executive Council in the meeting of its core working group.
Explanation: This clause is not void for vaugness as JSPLH is a defined class of persons.

8) The opinions and articles posted on this blog may be freely used for educational and other non commerical purposes without the express permission of the copyright holder.
Provided that the Copyright holder namely "the Society" as well as the author is so acknowledged or cited at the time of quotaion, republication of the copyrighted material.

I hereby untertake that I am Jeet Shroff or a person like Jeet Shroff as defined in the Contract

I hereby and acknowledge that I have read the terms and by submitting an article comment or any
other material I shall be deemed to have read and accepted the contract.

I hereby further declare that I accept the terms and conditions stated within.
